Service Description
-Please make sure to choose the correct Artist in the dropdown list. -Masks are optional unless your artists says otherwise -No guests, client must come alone (no exceptions) -ID is required -If you display any symptoms, rescheduling is required and you may be asked to leave All appointments are reserved through a deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please submit inquiry details such as: placement, size, image description, etc. Please send all image references through email heartlesstattoosla@gmail.com
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. If you would like to reschedule please notify me within 2 days prior to appointment and deposit is still valid for new appointment date. After the second reschedule, new deposit is required.
